The City of Pasadena and the Latino Heritage committee have completed the nomination process for our Grand Marshal of the 2023 Latino heritage Parade and Festival. This year's theme is De Colores /An Array of Colors highlighting the rich diversity in the Latino Community. Nominations are now closed. An announcement will be made soon.
